Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how Lakshya & Sidhi Group collects, uses, shares, protects and retains personal data when you use our website, enquiry services, financial-product assistance or business portals.
1. Scope and data fiduciary
This Policy applies to lakshyasidhigroup.com, forms, calls, messages, authorised CRM interfaces and related services operated by Lakshya & Sidhi Group (“LSG”, “we”, “us”). It does not govern an independent bank, NBFC, insurer, credit bureau, analytics provider or external website. Their own notices apply when they process your data.
“Personal data” means data about an identifiable individual. “Processing” includes collection, storage, use, disclosure, correction and deletion.

3. Purposes of processing
- Respond to enquiries and identify suitable product options based on information you choose to provide.
- Assist with an application, prevent duplicate submissions to the same bank, track status and provide support.
- Verify identity, obtain or record required consent, prevent fraud and maintain audit trails.
- Communicate about the requested service and, where separately permitted, relevant offers.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our services; produce aggregated business reporting.
- Meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution and law-enforcement obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved.
4. Consent and lawful use
Where consent is the basis of processing, our notice will describe the data and purpose in clear language. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and capable of withdrawal. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing already lawfully completed, and may prevent us from continuing a service that requires the data.
Credit-information access, identity verification, application submission and promotional communication will be undertaken only with the authority or other lawful basis required for that activity. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the contact method below or the unsubscribe facility in a message.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain data only as long as required for the stated purpose, an active relationship, legitimate records, security, legal claims or mandatory retention. Retention varies by record type. Unsuccessful or abandoned enquiries are periodically reviewed and deleted or de-identified when no longer required. Backup copies expire under controlled cycles and may not be removed instantly. A valid deletion request will be applied unless law, fraud prevention, accounting or an unresolved dispute requires continued retention.
7. Security
We use role-based access, authentication, logging, access review, encryption in transit where supported, backups, vendor controls and incident procedures appropriate to the data and risk. No internet system is absolutely secure. If a breach is likely to affect you, we will take containment action and provide notices required by applicable law. You are responsible for protecting your device and login credentials.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for a summary of processing, correction, completion, updating or erasure; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; nominate another person where the law permits; and raise a grievance. We may verify identity before acting and may refuse a request only where law permits, explaining the reason when appropriate.
First submit a grievance to us. If it remains unresolved, you may use the statutory remedy available under applicable Indian data-protection law.
10. Children, automated decisions and third-party links
Our financial-product assistance is intended for adults legally able to contract. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal data. Our internal scoring or routing, if used, assists operations and does not replace a bank’s independent eligibility or credit decision. External links are provided for convenience; verify the destination and read its privacy notice before submitting information.
11. Accuracy, responsibility and updates
Please provide accurate and current information and notify us of changes. If you provide another person’s data, you confirm that you are authorised and have given them the relevant notice. We may update this Policy for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be highlighted through an appropriate channel, and the effective date above will be revised.
